Should I buy a new AC Adapter for my Inspiron from Dell?

I hesitate to spend $70 to buy one from Dell when Dell users give it a very poor rating on the Dell website. I could get one for half that price or less from other dealers including Ebay. Any experience with this out there?Should I buy a new AC Adapter for my Inspiron from Dell?I would try to find online stores to buy from amazon, google shopping and ebay rather than buying from Dell because Dell really is overpriced. However, I also agree on not going for the cheapest ones because those do tend to break more often. So shop around, compare for the warranty, shipping, return policy and the price.



In particular, I would recommend buying from Topmic.com because they offer lifetime warranty and free shipping to all ac adapters at a good price. I think it is definitely worth it to buy ac adapters from them given the extended warranty.

Best of luck.Should I buy a new AC Adapter for my Inspiron from Dell?Assuming this is a laptop, it really is a risky thing buying from other sites, but $70 is a steep hill to climb for something so insignificant. just dont go too cheap. ive had a similar problem with Dell and it cost me $40, It worked fine and hasnt given me problems since, however my model is farely old and ive already replaced it.
