You'l need maybe $30 of simple tools like precision screwdrivers %26amp; a basic pc tool kit like Radio Shack sells.



Basically you'l remove the keybrd and check it out.



Have some glue on hand and big elastic band to hold it together while glue dries.



And yes, forget Best Buy(ers Beware!). I've never seen a company so brazenly hostile to customers.
