I got 2 Dell laptops and either one stay turned on when I take the charger out of them. When I take the charger out the laptops got turned off right way. Sounds like to me you keep the battery's in the laptop all the time. When you do this it kills the battery life on them. You are going to have to replace your battery's. When you replace your battery's if you are going to use wall power a lot fully charge the battery and then take it out. Leave it the laptop plugged in. This will keep you from constantly charging the battery and saves the battery life.Why my dell laptop dont keep turned on while the charger is out of it?you have probably kept the charger in and killed the battery and you will have to buy a new one or you could have taken the battery out and forgot :D
