What will be the first date I can order a Dell computer that will ship loaded with Vista?

I see that the "retail release date" is January 28. Is that for buying the software in a retail package at Best Buy as well as buying computers loaded with it? I don't want to mess around with upgrading. What will be the first day a computer (specifically, a Dell) can arrive at my home loaded with Vista?What will be the first date I can order a Dell computer that will ship loaded with Vista?I don't think they're saying yet because they have to rely on M$ to ship the Vista product on time.
