Dell shipped my laptop but has yet to charge my credit card, is this normal?

Hi, I ordered a dell laptop on the 18th, it was shipped on the 20th and now it says I should recieve the laptop by the 26th. The status of the laptop right now is that it is already shipped, ETA feb. 26th. I called my VISA card and no charge from dell has been placed. Is this normal, or will they charge AFTER i recieve the laptop?Dell shipped my laptop but has yet to charge my credit card, is this normal?normally they charge as soon as it is shipped so its a bit unusual. nothing to worry over for sure they will find a way to complete the transaction :)
