My Dell Webcam Central does not have an effects tab. How do I fix this?

I just bought a Dell Latitude E6420. I tried using the Dell Webcam Central that came on the computer. Apparently, there is supposed to be an effects tab that you can click on so you get cool effects for pictures, videos, and audio. My Dell Webcam Central doesn't have the effects tab. Does anyone know how I can get it?My Dell Webcam Central does not have an effects tab. How do I fix this?I'll say that it's a different version, and doesn't have effects. Oh well.
