How do I reinstall windows on my dell inspiron e1505 with no disk?

So my Dell inspiron hard drive has failed. I cannot boot up to windows or anything. I was wondering how I could possibly obtain a windows xp disk so when I buy a new hard drive I can get everything working again!

or you could contact Dell. since you purchased the laptop, you also purchased the license to it. and they should make you a recovery disk so you could restore your system.
