How can I reset the password on a Dell Desktop?

I have come into possession of a Dell Optiplex GX280 desktop as repossessed property. The user had established a password to be used as the system boots up. How can I reset or bypass the password?How can I reset the password on a Dell Desktop?if its a password at a log in screen.....just boot into safe mode....and then select the administrator account and then go to the user control in the control panel and delete the password....then reboot. But if the PC is repo'd then you should really just format and reinstall....if its going to be resold or whatever.How can I reset the password on a Dell Desktop?You should be able to go to user accounts and shoose to reset.
