How can I email a video from Dell Webcam Central?

Every time I try to email my video, Dell Webcam Central says,"There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."





I don't know how to do either of those actions, and I'm not exactly a computer person.
