Worried about body size for Toronto Fashion Week Open Call?

Ok so I have wanted to be a model for about 5 years now, and I finally put my dream into action, I got signed by a small agency and now I have an open call for Toronto Fashion Week Spring 2011.

I was wondering a few things:

- Should I lose some weight / inches and where?

- What should I were to the Open Call

- Has anyone been to an Open Call for Toronto Fashion Week and do you have advice?

You should try to get down to 135 maximum. Work out strenuously, lose more fat, and gain muscle definition. I stand 5'11.5" and weigh 150 as a trim and strong guy, so I should have significant pounds on you.Worried about body size for Toronto Fashion Week Open Call?
I was six feet, 144 in April when I found out I was pregnant. I was underweight at the time and wanted to gain weight. I never was interested in modeling. I was not keen on a career in which my looks were way more important than my personality. Now, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and 175 pounds. With my first pregnancy I gained 35 pounds. (I started out at about 170.) I think some of the weight I gained was weight I was supposed to gain. (It didn't help that I was plagued with the extreme fatigue and nauseousness of early pregnancy and spent most of the day on the sofa. Then, after that, I had swollen feet from walking around in July heat on our trip and a wound from a sneaker that rubbed the top of my foot, so I couldn't move much, either. Now, having gotten used to be inactive, I've just gotten lazy.)

However, after the baby is born, I will hang up my black skinny jeans (I rocked those things) and one of my fitted turtlenecks on my bedroom wall. I don't want to be too skinny again, but I will have extra weight to lose. (Since my son will be born in November, I won't be able to get out much until the weather warms up.)

If they don't like you for what you look like, then it's not worth it. At least, that's the way I see it.
