How do you turn on a wireless compatibility switch on a dell inspiron e1405?

I have no wireless connection on my dell when i just had connection last week. It says i need to turn on a wireless compatibility switch and it is found on the side or the back of the laptop and there is no switch. so how do i turn it on?How do you turn on a wireless compatibility switch on a dell inspiron e1405?I could be wrong, but I think it is Fn + F2.
