Dual booting ubuntu on dell inspiron mini 10 how do i get the wireless to work on it?

Ok recently put ubuntu on my Dell inspiron mini 1010 but when i try to get on the internet wirelessly i get Device not ready (Firmware is missing) how do i fix this?Dual booting ubuntu on dell inspiron mini 10 how do i get the wireless to work on it?Here is the Official Ubuntu Wireless Documentation

LUg.Dual booting ubuntu on dell inspiron mini 10 how do i get the wireless to work on it?I think this is an issue mainly with broadcom b/g devices.



If that is the device you have you need to cut the firmware out of a windows driver before you can use the hardware.
