Choose Upgrade or Custom

It has a live cd that you can burn and run at boot to manage and delete the vista systems of drive then reformat. Then your ready to install the Operating System of your choice.

Just insert the Windows 7 disk and it should guide you through the entire installation/uninstallation process.

Full reformatting which 7th edition will do.
Insert DVD and restart PC, when asks, press any key to run from your 7th DVD, follow instructions.
Of course I assume you have that 7th DVD
Get a Windows 7 disc from someone
Install a new OS, it will wipe when you install.
boot thru the vista cd and format ur hdd
