Well i own a inspiron 8600 with windows 7 on it. and i want to play world of warcraft on it im upgrading it to 2gb of ram and need a new graphics card. Then that's a no go on the Graphics Card there is no way to do that laptop has no PCI EXPRESS slot no room for a card not enough Power from power supply. If it is a Standard PC then just get a NVIDIA 9600 GT it will get you playing WOW in no time and wont need for you to change the power supply just make sure you have a PCI-e slot.
