I've already made the resolution as bad as possible and turned off physics and the crowd and the high quality. What else can I do so that the game works more smoothly?

I currently have 2.00 GB on mine.How do you make Guitar Hero IIII run faster on a Dell M70 laptop?Your 2G RAM probably is just barely enough. An upgrade would likely help a lot. If your Dell is a fairly current model, try going to retailer websites who have the model for sale and check specs to see if they list the max RAM, or contact Dell (good luck).
Are you running selective startup? If not, shut down everything that is not nessary to run the program including firewall and anti virus, but don't forget to turn them back on when you're done jamming!
