I am working on a Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop. It will not power on. I have tried to use two different power cords and neither worked. Could this be because of a defective battery or maybe because the power jack in the back is screwed up and the battery is dead and cant charge because of that?I am working on a Dell Inspiron 8100 Laptop. It will not power on. I have tried to use two different power?you probably need a new battery, its worth taking it to get it looked at though
