How to take this photo?

For my yearbook class, we wanted to take a black and white photo with only colored makeup http://pinkswag.com/2011/09/06/maybellin鈥?/a> (If you cant find the image, just look up maybelline mercedes benz fashion week) Can anyone give me a tutorial of this? (photoshop cs3 or cs5)How to take this photo?
1. take picture (in colour)

2. open in ps

3. duplicate layer

4. convert top layer to mono

5. On top layer erase the bits you want to be in colour

6 save



there are loads of other ways - that is just one.How to take this photo?
I don't own photoshop but I've done that before - here - this is easier than using photoshop.



go to picnik.com



upload your photo



go to effects (third tab from left)



click 'black and white' tab ( very top of list )



then click over the places where you want color to be.



if you want to touch up the color, you can go to 'doodle' (by scrolling to the near bottom) put the fade button to the center, hardness bar to the center, choose your color, and then click over the areas where you want the new color to be.
