What color should i dye my hair?!?

do you think that would look good? I'm also considering getting straight across bangs, do you think that would look good with that hair style (shorter in the back with a lot of layers, then longer in the front)? I had my hair like this last year, but decided that i would grow it out for prom, so i got it cut all the same length. But now it's driving me crazy (it's a little below my shoulders) so i'm getting it cut.. what do you think?
