What are my chances of getting into Texas Christian University?

I'm from out of state and coming from one of the top public schools in the country, and TCU is literally my dream school!!! I want to be a fashion merchandising major there. I recently toured the campus 3 months ago and absolutely fell in love. Here are my Stats:

Weighted GPA: 3.65

Unweighted GPA: 3.53

Taken AP US History, AP Environmental, AP Euro, and AP Psychology, and Honors English my sophomore year. Always had a full schedule all 4 years no free periods.

My ACT isn't fabulous and I'm hoping to improve it for the 5th time since I've gotten the same score 3 times in a row and finally went up a point to a 20 a month or so ago. I'm extremely persistent. I have major test anxiety so that's why my test scores don't correlate to my GPA.
