Every time I fill in the black and color ink cartridges I get the same message that the ink is low. I can't even find a chip resetter for any Dell printer. Please don't tell me that I have to buy a new printer or new cartridges. I'm fed up of refilling the ink cartridges countless number of times and still getting the message that the ink is low.
