How to restore dell inspiron 9100 to factory settings?

A friend of mine just gave me his old dell inspiron 9100 and I want to restart from scratch. I don't have a recovery disc. I looked through the boot menu on startup and there wasnt a recovery option. 8) Click to select the Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition check box.

9) Click Next.
