Trying again: Christians, where in the bible does it state, (after death) that we go to heaven?

Firstly, I am a devout Christian and a firm believer in the bible, and a avid student. (7 days a week studying the bible) I am not trying to belittle anyone’s beliefs, nor am I our to discredit the bible in any fashion.

Where in the bible does it state that we all go to heaven. Growing up in church, all I ever heard was, get saved and go to heaven. But after much study into the bible, I have not found where the idea is coming from. (the heaven part, not the saved part).

Psalm 37:29 (NWT)= The righteous themselves will possess the earth,

And they will reside forever upon it.

Matthew 5:5 (KJV)= Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Psalm 37:11 (NIV,1984)= But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace.

Isaiah 45:18 (NLT, 2007)= For the LORD is God, and he created the heavens and earth and put everything in place. He made the world to be lived in, not to be a place of empty chaos. "I am the LORD," he says, "and there is no other.

Psalm 115:16 (AKJV)= The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD's: but the earth has he given to the children of men.

Proverbs 2:21,22 (NASB, 1995)= For the upright will live in the land And the blameless will remain in it; But the wicked will be cut off from the land And the treacherous will be uprooted from it.

Revelation 11:15 (NIV, 2011)= The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

Let me clarify:

1) I am not asking how one earns salvation.

2) I am not out to bash, or am I bashing the bible or peoples beliefs in anyway

3) I understand that you need salvation to be able to inherit everlasting life

4) I am not interested in people’s opinions on the matter, so:

5) Please provide scriptures with your answer

All I am asking, is where in the bible is it said that we will be going to heaven after death. Because all I see is verses stating that we stay here on earth.

I am merely out for some clarification on a belief that I see held, that the “saved” go to heaven. And the reason I would like you t o provide scripture with your answer is this:

1 Corinthians 2:5 (ASV)= that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Thank you for your answers.Trying again: Christians, where in the bible does it state, (after death) that we go to heaven?
Exactly. This is why the Jehovah Witnesses do not believe in heaven for most humans, and hell.

The bible says there is no consciousness after death.

God is not that cruel.

It ALSO said Jesus did not die on the cross and it was a stick.
Revelation 22Trying again: Christians, where in the bible does it state, (after death) that we go to heaven?
Luke 23:43

And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
John 14Trying again: Christians, where in the bible does it state, (after death) that we go to heaven?
Right after death the saved go to paradise in the underworld or Abyss, while the unsaved go to the infernal torment, at the end of the world you will be given your reward, the unsaved get Hell, while the saved get one of three rewards depending on their closeness to God, 1).Heaven, 2).Paradise, 3).New Jerusalem, also heaven is shown in Revelation, with people in it. This is what the Apostolic Churches have always known. (Read the fragments of Papias of Hieropolis a hearer of John the Apostle).
What do you make of it where Jesus says I go to make a place ready for you. That's not on earth. But we will be back on earth during the millenium kingdom of Christ. But we will have bodies that can go to both 'places' if we are believers. Paul also says in Philippians that he'd like to be going to be with the Lord, rather than stay in the flesh on earth. So he's expecting to be in heaven with Jesus in his spirit, if he gets executed by the Romans, not in the grave, although his physical body would be in the grave.
Recommend you read the book "Heaven" by Randy Alcorn.

John 14:1-4 "Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. (2) In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? (3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. (4) And you know the way to where I am going."

1 Peter 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (4) to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you,

Hebrews 12:22-23 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to innumerable angels in festal gathering, (23) and to the assembly of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,

Colossians 1:5 because of the hope laid up for you in heaven. Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel,

Philippians 3:20 But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,

Luke 18:22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, "One thing you still lack. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me."

Luke 6:23 Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for so their fathers did to the prophets.
Nowhere.

In the Kalama Sutra, Buddha says.
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it..
Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many.
Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books.
Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.
Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations.

But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
Now you're starting to understand. While we may be with the Father for a while, we will end up back on a rejuvenated Earth. You already have scripture that backs up your discovery. You Go!
We do NOT go to heaven except the only selected few. We are supposed to rebuild the world, if I'm not mistaken. So the only scriptures you will find about ascending to heaven is for those selected few.
